The simple yet critical backup you will offer allows staff to focus on administrative duties, directly benefiting every aspect of the organization. The diversity and number of repeat tasks make this position ideal for a repeat volunteer who is versatile, organized, detail oriented and self-motivated. Data entry & community outreach experience are both huge bonuses.

Most work will be located at the base, focusing on daily tasks such as data entry, organization, performing feedback surveys, and researching for resources. This provides much opportunity to work alongside staff and learn about how a disaster recovery program operates. You may also be recruited, if willing, to make supply runs, visit and photograph worksites, or accompany staff to meetings or events. Longer term volunteers can take lead on everything equipment related, from cleanup to inventory, ensuring proper functioning equipment and a safe, productive environment.

Your time is as valuable to us and our beneficiaries as it is to you, and we want you to have the best volunteer experience possible. Let us know where you excel and your preferred areas so we can be as accommodating as possible. Thank you for offering your time and energy to assist us as our efforts continue. Good people like you make this all possible!
