ORGANIZATION: American Red Cross - Wisconsin Region

PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Work within the Disaster Cycle Services Department answering phones, providing follow-up casework with disaster clients, ensure clients needs are met and are on the road to recovery, and assisting with office tasks.

OPEN TIME DAYS

Minimum of one 4 hour shift per week during standard business hours.

Must be willing to commute to Red Cross office location.

REQUIRED TRAINING
  • All training provided by Red Cross
  • Orientation to American Red Cross
  • Client Casework: Providing Emergency Assistance
  • Client Assistance Cards
  • Client Assistance System
  • Oneonone training for specific projects, as needed
