ORGANIZATION: The Worldview Project

Special note: We do our best to reply to inquires in a timely fashion. If you don't get a reply from us in a couple of days, please check your spam folder!

The Worldview Project is currently seeking a Volunteer Coordinator. This position entails recruiting and managing our volunteers and interns. As we work with volunteers and interns from a wide range of countries, cultural sensitivity, and awareness are a must. Dependability and conscientiousness are also extremely important. The volunteer coordinator must endeavor to be an exemplary volunteer in order to create a positive model for other volunteers and interns, leading by example.

The minimum weekly commitment is 6 hours per week. Normally our office is open during regular business hours, but the volunteer coordinator must be able to work a few weekend days a year when The Worldview Project has events.

As working directly with individual volunteers is highly desirable, candidates should have a flexible schedule and live relatively close to our office in San Diego, California. This is not a remote opportunity.

When you write to us, we'd appreciate it if you tell us a little bit about your skills, experiences, interests, and anything else you might want to share, so that we may respond to your application more fully.

Thank you for your interest in the Worldview Project! We look forward to receiving your application. Have a wonderful day.

Note: Please whitelist our email address to ensure our response to your inquiry does not end up in your spam folder (if you don't know how to do this, google it). If you don't hear from us in a week, you can call our office at: (858) 757-7254
