Walk Like MADD is Mothers Against Drunk Driving’s (MADD) signature event to promote our life-saving efforts. Itis a fun, community-oriented event that targets all ages and attracts a diversified audience from across our community, especially the FSU community.
This year’s event will take place on Saturday, April 29th and occur on FSU’s campus.
We need volunteers to help us with the walk.
Volunteer roles needed:
- Setting up
-Water Table
-Registration
- Course Marshall
-Food Table
- Breaking down
We will provide breakfast and lunch for volunteer. Also, this event could count for community service hours if needed.

PowerTalk 21(r) is the national day for parents to talk with their kids about alcohol, using the proven strategies of Power of Parents(r) to reduce the risk of underage drinking. And as one of the largest victim services organizations in the U.S., MADD also supports drunk and drugged driving victims and survivors at no charge, serving one person every eight minutes through local MADD victim advocates and at 1-877-MADD-HELP.
