VIP is currently seeking volunteers interested in learning how to staff our 24-hour crisis helpline. ***No Experience Necessary*** We will train you, and give you the resources to become a community resource. The Violence Intervention Project creates change by offering help, building hope and supporting families and communities.
The Violence Intervention Project is a bilingual, non-profit organization that serves all of Kewaunee County. Services are free. Services VIP provides are a 24-hour Helpline (offering crisis intervention and information), individual advocacy (provided to victims and their children), weekly support groups (women's support group with a children's support group at the same time) sexual assault survivors, Latin@ women, transitional living facility(provides affordable housing, support, community connections, options and advocacy to women and their children), speaker's bureau/protective behaviors presentations(provide speakers for schools, churches, business, etc.)
