Flexible Commitment; occasional volunteer working with the Soldiers' Angels VA Representative

Attend all Soldiers' Angels events at the VA facilities and within the local community such as local Stand Downs or SA fundraising events. ~ Work collaboratively with other volunteers and the Event Coordinator to create a fun and enriching events for veterans, luncheons, pizza parties, BINGO events, etc. ~Assist with Soldiers' Angels fundraising events (help varies depending on the event). ~ Maintain confidentiality and adhere to VA rules. ~ Abide by and support the philosophy, policy, and guidelines of Soldiers' Angels. ~ Participate in training or orientation as needed.

Specific Event Details:

Soldiers' Angels will be distributing gifts to our military veterans at Lake Nona VA Hospital April 9th. We would love to have as many volunteers as possible come join us for this event and share words of thanks and encouragement with our veterans. We will be distributing Girl Scout cookies to all Veterans at the facility.
