ORGANIZATION: Soldiers' Angels - West Palm Beach

Is responsible for the management of inbound and outbound in-kind donations to the VA Support Team in South Florida Service Area and works with the Gifts in Kind & Logistics Coordinator to assure the goods are distributed where needed and in accordance with Organization objectives.

Representative Duties:

Maintain Inventory records for south Florida VA Support team. Including in bound and out bound reporting.

Arrange for pickup/delivery of in kind donations, value donation and submit proper record to Service Area Manager.

Work Closely with VA Representatives, Warehouse managers, to assure goods are distributed on a timely basis and are available for upcoming events as needed and where needed.

Maintain awareness of possible sources of in kind donations, volunteer support and collaborate with local support team to obtain as needed. Cultivate relationships in the community to support this effort as needed.

Support internal audit needs regarding donated inventory on an ongoing basis.
