Executive Assistant Volunteer Opportunities

We are currently recruiting multiple Executive Assistant Volunteers from all states to help maintain our daily operations. The positions are part-time and as needed bases. You work on your own time and at your own place. Related education and experience is preferable but not required. Will you join us to help fight for people with disabilities?

These positions are perfect for retirees, students, people with disabilities or someone who has extra time in their lives and looking for more fulfilling life experiences.


Job Description

Executive Assistant - The Executive Assistant will provide general administrative support to the CFO/HR Director. This person will work closely and collaboratively with other directors and coordinators to perform a widerange of duties. The successful volunteer should be able to function with a highdegree of independence, interact effectively with both internal and external Executives and Assistants, as well as customers, set priorities with Living Beyond Boundaries direction, manage highly confidential/sensitive materials and issues, make decisions in the absence of the Executive, and provide guidance and direction to other members of the department. They must thrive in an extremelyfast-paced, dynamic environment.
