We need persons to assist through the night with clearing of items from tables, watching silent auction, assiting with checkout of silent auaction and clean up at end of night. We are in a great need of some people who can assist us with moving some heavier items at the end of the night.
This a somewhat casual event and the color of the evening is BLUE. The attire is nice jeans and top. This will be the attire for the evening for our guests:
