National fitness day on April 28 th 3:30pm-5:30pm. We need a lot of volunteers to help run fitness stations on this date. We are also looking for reliable dependable people who come through and make a difference on a youth members life. We have a weight room, gated field and gym those areas will be used for the fitness day.

Description
Many children have no adult supervision after school. Studies have shown that the hours between 3 and 7 p.m. are the hours that most kids are likely to get involved with crimes, be victims of crime or engage in other risky behavior. The Clubs provide an alternative to the dangers of the streets. Moreover, the Clubs provide stimulating activities that help build character, self-esteem, values, and skills.
