We are looking for volunteers to help pick up food, stock shelves, pack bags and help with the distribution of food. Many opportunities are available. Pickup Tuesday's & Thursday's 830-11am, Distribution Wednesday 9am-12N, Saturday 8-11am. Special Distribution Fridays 8-10am beginning in March,

The Community Food Pantry provides emergency food to those who are in need; in the greater Reno/Sparks area. Twice a week, we offer individuals and families once a month a three-day food supply.
Description
The Community Food Pantry provides emergency food to those who are in need; in the greater Reno/Sparks area. Twice a week, we offer individuals and families once a month a three-day food supply. Since its inception the food pantry has grown through the dedicated service of its volunteers.
The Community Food Pantry receives its food through a partnership with the Food Bank of Northern Nevada, contributions from local grocery stores and generous donations from individuals and families.
Open Wednesdays 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am -11:00 am.
