Community Involvement Programs' vision for the individuals we support is to have them participate as citizens contributing to the life of their neighborhoods and communities by the work that they do, the realationships they develop, and the interests that they share.

Each year we hold a Spring Social event to celebrate our participants and their community. This year, our Social will be held at Able Brewing and we will be seeking the aid of volunteers to have things run more smoothly.

Volunteers are sought for the following:

Setup: 3:00-4:00PM

Registration: 3:30-4:30PM

Acitivities: Times will vary and are dependent on type of activity

Cleanup: 6:00-6:30PM

About Accord

Mission Statement

As listeners, learners and leaders, we will stand with and support people with disabilities in their communities as they pursue their personal dreams and goals.

Description

We're here to help people cope with the issues surrounding social injustice, low income, aging, and homelessness -- and, in doing so, to help them live their greatest lives.

Since 1971, we've been meeting people where they are and bringing them what they need to live as independently, creatively, and fully as possible. We offer a variety of services and supports, which have all been developed as a result of listening to and understanding the needs of the people we serve, their loved ones and their communities.
