GAB

We are seeking volunteers to help in our office doing data entry, research, creating spreadsheets, organizing information, cold-calling, and other administrative work. We are also seeking volunteers to help with event planning, fundraising, grant writing, and any other areas of interest or expertise by the volunteer. We are very flexible on times, days, and lengths of volunteer work. GAB is also always in need of daily volunteers for special events.

To "Change the Culture of Learning" and put an end to the bullying epidemic by creating Upstanders throughout schools and communities.

Description

Generations Against Bullying (GAB) is a non-profit, non-religious, and non-political organization with a mission to put an end to the bullying and cyberbullying epidemic. GAB strives to create and inspire Upstanders throughout schools and communities. Upstanders are those who stand up to bullying in a non-threatening way. Upstanders show support, compassion, and love for victims of bullying and help to create healthier and safer learning environments, workplaces, and communities. GAB is a hands-on non-profit that strives to reach all that contact us. GAB provides guest speaker presentations, school assemblies, community Movie Night Events, and more. GAB has created a Peer Ambassador Program with a ciricculum that teaches, trains, and equips students to be Upstanders. GAB is a very unique anti-bullying organization that takes a postitive and hands-on approach.
