Girl Scout Troop Co-Leaders are a role model for girls and help them discover their own potential! Work together with another trained volunteer to facilitate the troop experience and bring the Girl Scout experience to life! This position requires you to be at least 18 years old, a member of Girl Scouts, to pass a criminal background check, and to complete required training.

As a volunteer, you’ll introduce girls to new experiences that show them they’re capable of more than they ever imagined. We have waiting lists of girls all over our council from Charlottesville to Harrisonburg, Roanoke to Lynchburg, Blacksburg to Wytheville, Danville to Martinsville.
