This is a fun and rewarding event for the whole family. We are asking the community to collect a bag of non-perishable food items and bring them to our Earth Day food drive carnival. Cost of entry is a bag of non-perishable food items and with entry you will receive a delicious lunch at our taco cart, unlimimited use of all carnival games and bounce houses, crafts, and prizes! All food donations go directly to hungry children and their families living in Torrance and attending the local schools in Lomita and Torrance. Thank you for inquiring about what you can do to help the community, we hope to see you there!

Description
Community's Child is a nondenominational Christian program committed to providing homeless women with infants healthy alternatives to abuse, poverty, addictions, and hopelessness. The program offers homeless women and their infants a safe, compassionate, yet structured living environments. At Community's Child, women acquire the education, skills training, employment opportunities and support services, necessary to break the patterns associated with homelessness.
