Flames to Hope

We are looking for volunteers who can help with:

  • Care of our miniature horses including, but not limited to feeding, grooming, training, exercising and cleaning the miniature horses and their stalls
  • Facility maintenance
  • Special projects*, activities and fundraisers
  • Administration, marketing, and grant writing
* Special projects and activities may include installing or constructing fencing and shelters for the equine, building maintenance, gardening and yard care, mechanical assistance, veterinarian assistance, transportation, hauling hay, etc.

Flames to Hope Equine Assisted Services provides a unique mobile, creative, and fun learning environment for developing skills in leadership, team-building, reading proficiency, and communicative ability. We also foster a healing environment for those in need of mental, physical, or emotional support. We know that both healing and change start with attitude, which is why we are committed to helping people heal their hearts, minds, and spirits through equine assisted programs designed to teach individuals how to overcome their obstacles through the eyes and heart of a horse.

At Flames to Hope Equine Assisted Therapeutic Services, we are driven by a single goal - to do our part in making the world a better place. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact in our community, by inspiring hope and transformation through our Equine Assisted Services.
