One-year commitment
Assists by coordinating local registrations, confirming attendees and facilitators for each workshop. Completes and submits all required documentation for each workshop. Maintains local inventory of kits and supplies and orders when appropriate. Responsible for setting up room for each workshop, showing DVD's during the workshop, and storing supplies after workshop. Works with American Cancer Society staff to assist with local promotion of the program with Health Care Systems and general public. Works with American Cancer Society staff to schedule annual workshops and volunteers for each workshop.
Time Commitment: 1 - 2 hours per week and workshops as scheduled below:
September 18, 2017 9:30 a.m. - 12: 30 p.m.
November, 20, 2017 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
