- Provide companionship, emotional & spiritual support to patients and families by engaging in conversation and actively listening
- Connect through reading, playing cards/games, listening to music and/or providing a gentle touch or hand to hold
- Be a caring presence to someone who may no longer be able to engage in conversation or activities
Primary locations are the Gardens of Western Reserve Assisted Living facilities in Cuyahoga Falls and Streetsboro and other assisted living facilities, nursing homes and private residences in Akron, Aurora, Hudson and Stow.

Description
Gardens Hospice is a locally and privately owned and operated service provider based out of Cuyahoga Falls. We provide care to patients living in private residences, assisted living and nursing home facilities in 6 counties: Cuyahoga, Geauga, Medina, Portage, Stark and Summit Counties.
Our hospice services are designed to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients and families who are facing life-limiting illness. We help patients and families navigate through the end of life, while bringing peace, comfort and dignity. Our focus is on quality of living, while accepting the reality of death as a part of life.
