Help Cooking Matters Colorado to end hunger by teaching Colorado families the necessary nutrition knowledge to select, purchase, and cook healthy food! Working along with a culinary professional, you will present various topics based on USDA's MyPlate dietary guidelines, and build families' confidence through interactive activities. Through your teaching, participants learn how to feed their families the most nutritious, well-balanced meals for their buck!
Volunteers work in the community, rather than one central location. There are opportunities all over the Denver Metro area, and likely near you! The location for this posting is our main office, where you will come for new volunteer training.
