Once a year, Fiesta Youth hosts a prom for LGBTQ+ teens and their allies, where teens can dress as their aunthentic selves and bring any date they wish! Please help us capture all the fun memories.
We are in need of a photographer who would be willing take photos during our prom. Photos would include:
- Single/Couple/Group prom potraits
- Candid Photos
Desired Qualifications:
- 1 year or more of photography experience
- Professional photography equipment
- Portfolio for viewing
- Fun and creative attitude
Expectations:
- Arrive to event venue at least 30 mins prior
- Bring your own equipment
- Sign an agreement that photos of youth will not be shared or distributed
- Copy of all prom photos via CD/Dropbox/Other Online Resource
- High resolution photos that can be used on our website/newsletter/facebook page
- Must commit to a minimum of 2 hours
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must consent to background check
About the Event
Date/Time/Event is currently being confirmed. However, prom will be a Friday or Saturday evening (between 7 PM and 12 AM) during the month of May. The prom theme will be decided by our youth and will be announced on our website at www.fiesta-youth.org/prom. Prom will be supervised by Fiesta Youth Volunteers and Board of Directors.

Fiesta Youth is San Antonio's premier LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, transgender, & Queer) program for youth and their allies!
We offer educational and enrichment activities designed to help youth build a sense of community through friendship and peer connection.
We hope to empower youth to build a future where ALL people are accepted and loved as they are so that they may become successful and contributing members of the community.
