All of our programs are free of charge to our community and that is only possible through the money we raise through donation, membership, and fundraising. We are in search of individuals who are interested and experienced in planning small fundraisers and large events.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness, NAMI, Northern Illinois is dedicated to improving the quality of life of individuals with mental illness and their families through support, education, advocacy and hope.
Description
NAMI Northern Illinois is focused on making sure our community understands how important mental health is. We serve Winnebago, Boone, and all surrounding northern Illinois counties. Our members are families, friends, professionals, advocates and individuals living with mental illness themselves. We aim to raise awareness, educate, supply resources, support, and to advocate those who are impacted by mental illness in some way. We also work very hard to eliminate the stigma attached. Join us on our mission!
