The American Heart Association and Life is Why sponsor Tri-City Medical Center aim to get San Diegans walking! Our Nation’s #1 leading cause of death is cardiovascular disease, and a leading risk factor for these deadly diseases is physical inactivity.

Below are a few important details about volunteering. Note: We will be signing off on community service and volunteer hours at the conclusion of the event.

DATE: Wednesday, April 5, 2017

TIME: Please arrive promptly at 9:00am. The event starts at 11:00am and ends at 1:30pm.

LOCATION: Tri-City Wellness Center. The address is -6250 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92009

PARKING: Please park in the self-parking lot, which will be located on the right-hand side of the wellness center.

ATTIRE: Please wear comfy clothes! Tasks will vary, we recommend active wear.

CHECK-IN: When you arrive, go to the AHA Booth and check-in with Caitlin Snead.
