PUPPETRY, SET BUILDING OR SCRIPT WRITING!
Special Kids Special Families (SKSF), a local Colorado Springs non-profit organization that provides programs for children and adults with disabilities, is seeking a group of creative volunteers to participate with their puppet committee.
Creative people are needed to lend their talents and put expression into these puppets to make them come alive! SKSF will be rolling out this program to local Elementary schools and will be creating disability and bullying awareness to children using these puppets.
Volunteers will be needed to assist with script writing, set building and puppetry talents. Let us know you are interested and we’ll add you to our list to advise you of upcoming meetings. Special Kids Special Families (SKSF) is a non-profit organization in Colorado Springs, founded in 1998 to provide community support services to families who are raising youth and caring for adults with disabilities and special needs. Our organization also provides respite & child care through our Zach's Place program, child and adult home placement, specialized foster care, community & center based adult day programs, family preservation services & behavioral health services.
