FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE MEMBERS NEEDED
Do you have a gift for thinking outside the box? Special Kids Special Families (SKSF), a local Colorado Springs non-profit organization that provides programs for children and adults with disabilities, is seeking volunteers to assist on their fundraising committees.
Please consider volunteering and joining one of SKSF’s fundraising event committees for upcoming 2018 events! SKSF’s 9th Annual BOWLATHON - Bowl for the Green held at King Pin Lanes on 3/10/18; 3rd annual Bluegrass, Brats & Brews held at Manitou Hall on 6/23/18 and SKSF’s 7th Annual Night of Comedy held in the late Fall (TBD) at Hotel Elegante, CO Springs.
Committee members are needed to attend monthly meetings and help with the overall activities of the event such as planning, decorating, organizing, seeking sponsorships, vendors, & auction/raffle items.
Effective fundraising committees are vital to the life and financial well-being of the organization. Members create, design and shape SKSF fundraising events. Help encourage support for the cause, build relationships and raise money to meet ongoing needs. SKSF is looking for active, productive and dedicated committee members to ensure the success of these events. Fundraising committee meetings are held at the SKSF Adult Services Conference room (3450 N Nevada Avenue, CO Springs) on a monthly basis.
