The LSS Back To School Program provides backpacks and basic school supplies to low income school aged children. Volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks such as phone calls, registering families for backpacks, collecting supplies, sorting and stuffing backpacks, distribution of backpacks etc. Spanish speaking is a plus. Volunteers may also be interacting with businesses and the faith community as a part of some tasks. This project may require volunteers to repeatedly lift up to 20lbs, sit, stand, walk, use phones/computers and office equipment.
