United Blood Services is in need of a volunteer to help recruit blood donors for our blood drives! We are seeking a reliable volunteer to call donors in the area and register them to donate blood so that we can meet the needs of our 68 hospital partners serving people needing life-saving blood products such as premature infants, accident victims, and cancer patients.
This volunteer would come to the Fargo Collections Center or work from home to make phone calls to blood donors, ask them to make a blood donation appointment, manage the appointment schedule and record their progress. Access to a computer is recommended but not essential.

Vitalant ("Vye-TAL-ent") is the nation’s largest independent, nonprofit blood services provider exclusively focused on providing lifesaving blood and comprehensive transfusion medicine services for about 900 hospitals and their patients across the U.S. Every day, Vitalant needs to collect about 5,300 blood, platelet and plasma donations to help save lives.
