Greet visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Identify visitors and direct to appropriate location. Process and record visitor information as needed. A friendly face needed to answer basic questions, answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages. Possibly help with filing/copying. Being personable and organized is a must. Need to have excellent communication skills and have good customer service phone skills. Having computer skills is a plus but not mandatory.

Description
University Settlement is a neighborhood center that provides social services to residents of the Broadway-Slavic Village neighborhood in Cleveland. University Settlement served 15,000 individuals this past year with vitally needed support and services.
Our daily work is focused on removing barriers to help overcome poverty, thus empowering citizens in Slavic Village to maximize their potential. We do this by protecting children, advancing literacy, providing nutritious meals, strengthening families and serving the elderly and we need your backing to help area residents continue to learn, grow and thrive.
