LOVE WHAT YOU DO!
Join our team of dedicated teachers providing music education in elementary school classrooms throughout the SF Bay Area!
Music for Minors (MFM) seeks inspiring individuals who are excited to share their love of music with students.
Volunteers serve as teachers' aides supporting the primary music instructor in the classroom. Classes are once a week for 30 minutes for the duration of the school year.
Paid teachers lead classes throughout the school day 2-5 days per week. Paid opportunities are part time, independent contractor roles.
Instructors provide weekly lessons using MFM's standards based curriculum that incorporates singing, movement and instruments. We offer ongoing professional development for all our teachers in addition to mentors, music resources and the opportunity to join a community of passionate, talented music lovers.
