WHO WE ARE

We believe that every dog and cat, no matter their age, medical need, or behavioral issue, deserves a loving forever home. But they tend to be overlooked in shelters and rescues across the country. Core Paws showcases these special animals on a central website, to help them find their perfect family.

Do you believe that all animals deserve loving homes? Are you a people-person, who connects with others easily, is organized and great with time management?

Adopting an animal showcased on Core Paws means a happy tail wag from a 12-year old dog who had lost his owner. It’s a purr from a cat who was diagnosed with congenital heart disease and requires medication for the rest of her life. It’s a trusting approach from an animal who used to fear the world.

For volunteers, Core Paws allows you to feel a part of this movement from wherever you are in the United States, our Virtual Volunteer Program is top of the line and we can’t wait to meet you.
