The Providence YMCA is kicking off the growing season by doing thier first planting on April 3rd, 4:00pm-5:30pm.
We are looking for volunteers to help pull weeds, plant veggies, and cover the beds with straw and fertilizer.
Volunteers will recieve a snack and water. They will also be provided with gloves and gardening tools.
There is also the potential to have learn about gardering from a master garderer helping with the planting.
