ORGANIZATION: RELIEF AFTER VIOLENT ENCOUNTER IONIA MONTCALM INC

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month and RAVE has a number of activities and events scheduled through out April for our women and children survivors to participate in. This volunteer opportunity involves facilitating a craft activity in our shelter home with our residents. It means so much to our residents when the women and children have volunteers come and do activities with them. By volunteering for this activity you will have joined the movement to support survivors of and help end domestic violence and sexual assault. Additionally, you will make the residents' stay at an unfamiliar place more comfortable and enjoyable.
