Contra Costa Interfaith Housing provides supportive services to formerly homeless and poverty impacted families and individuals in a permanent housing setting. We recently received a donation of yoga mats and would love to offer yoga or some sort of 'fitness' class to the families and individuals we serve at Los Medanos Village Apartments in Pittsburg. The site is beautifully maintained and has a large, state of the art community room.
Timing: Monday and Wednesdays from 6-7pm
The days could be split between 2 different instructors.
