The Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) Professional Fellows Program empowers entrepreneurs and civil society leaders to strengthen their capacity to launch and advance their entrepreneurial ideas and to effectively contribute to social and economic development in their communities and societies.
Members of the selection committee will be responsible for reading and evaluating 25-30 applications in May 2017 and/or interviewing (remotely) and evaluating 12-15 semifinalists in June 2017. Application reviewers should be professionals or academics with knowledge of management and entrepreneurship as well as Latin America and the Caribbean. The program team will provide application and interviewer evaluators with scoring rubrics and evaluation criteria.
