We are looking for volunteers for the Michigan First Credit Union Shred Days . We need 10 volunteers. Volunteers will be needed from 9:45am-12:30pm. The location and date are:
· Gratiot Location - Saturday April 22 nd 10-12 21650 Gratiot Ave, Eastpointe, MI 48021.
Task: Some volunteers will be assisting with collecting the donations of canned and boxed food items. Make sure to thank the donors. Other volunteers will be assisting with collecting the items that need to be shredded. You will be directed by a member of the food drive team.
We are welcoming volunteers 14 years and up. Volunteers aged 14-17 must volunteer with a parent or guardian.

For more than 40 years, Gleaners Community Food Bank has been "feeding hungry people and nourishing our communities." Last year, Gleaners distributed 42 million pounds of emergency food to 499 partner soup kitchens, shelters and pantries in Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston, and Monroe counties.
Of every dollar donated, Gleaners uses 97 cents for food and food programs. One dollar provides three meals for a hungry neighbor.
