Would you like to make a difference in the lives of terminally ill patients and caregivers? CHH Hospice counts on volunteers to offer invaluable support that goes beyond our clinical expertise. From holding a hand and sharing stories and laughter with a patient and/or caregivers, our volunteers are truly an extension of our team.
CHH Hospice office is located in Fishers, but we serve patients in the all Community Health Network Hospitals in Indianapolis and Anderson, Extended Care Facilities and in Homes in 5 counties in Central Indiana. CHHS Hospice serves patients and families in the following counties: Hamilton, Hancock, Johnson, Madison, and Marion. We would love to have you join the Hospice team to make a difference in lives in your community.
Everyone has their own individual talents and interests. Please share yours with Community Home Health Hospice and the patients and families we serve. We hope you consider joining our team to assist us in providing exceptional service to those in our care.
