Alternatives to Violence Project
An awesome and fun way to better ourselves.

Peaceful Relationships . . . We all seek them, and yet, conflict is a natural and inevitable part of everyday life. AVP (Alternative to Violence Project) experiential workshops can help you get a handle on resolving conflicts peacefully and are both fun and informative.

Our next Basic (entry level) 2-day workshop will be in April 25 & 26. One will be in Spanish and one in English. Time will be 8:30am - 5pm. Participant must attend both sessions to receive a certificate of completion. Everyone is welcome but we have limited seating. One must attend both days. A $25-$50 sliding scale is requested to support refreshments and supplies. This workshop is great for personal growth and is also the first of 3 workshops required to become a volunteer facilitator.

Looking for a way of serving the community? AVP will train you to be a volunteer facilitator in the community and/or prison. More information will be given at the Basic workshop.
