What do YOU Repair?

On Sunday, April 2nd, Repair the World is having a Day of Service with some of our service partners around Philadelphia. We will also be kicking off the Spring season of Philly Farm Crew with volunteer opportunities at a variety of urban farms and gardens! Projects include:

Urban gardening at La Finquita ( 428 Master Street) from 10 am to 12 pm.

Urban gardening at Viola Street Garden from 1 pm to 4 pm

Cobb-oven and bottle brick-making at One Art Community Center ( 1431-39 N 52nd St) from 12 pm to 3 pm

Organizing and with the Boys and Girls Club (4223 Wayne Avenue) from 10 am to 12:30 pm

Packing and Delivering Food with Jewish Relief Agency (10980 Dutton Rd) from 8:30 am to 11:00 am

Cleanup at Har Nebo Cemetery ( 6061 Oxford Ave) from 11 am - 1 pm

Description

Repair the World is a national Jewish nonprofit, based in New York City. Founded in 2009, Repair believes service in support of social change is vital to a flourishing Jewish community and an inspired Jewish life. By 2030, Repair will inspire and catalyze one million acts of service towards repairing the world.
