We need one to three volunteers to help our Outreach Administrator in the Presbyterian Association of Musicians national office located in the PC(USA) Center. Our needs center around organizing our office and provide an opportunity to volunteer in an air conditioned and peaceful space. Volunteers can complete any or all of the following:

  • Processing mailings
  • Filing and organizing records
  • Scanning and emailing records
  • Organizing/downsizing (with permission) a library of archives onto Executive Director's office bookshelves
  • Organizing/downsizing (with permission) a cubicle of resources
  • Helping the Outreach Administrator with any other office tasks needed
As this is a two to three month volunteer project, we do not require specific hours, although a weekly schedule of intended hours would be helpful. The PC(USA) Center opens at 7 am and closes at 7 pm and our office is open from 9 am to 5 pm. The Outreach Administrator has flexible hours, so if you are interested in volunteering, you would coordinate with her to establish a schedule. Any help you can provide is appreciated. If you are able to do just one of these tasks on one day, that is better than no help at all. *Our office and this particular volunteer opportunity are handicap accessible*
