April 14th 6pm - 8pm
April 15th 8am - 12pm
The Adoption Exchange is in need of roughly 17 volunteers for an event that we have coming up on Saturday, April 15 th. The event is done through Geek’d Out and they are hosting a "Gamer Dash" 5K run. We also need a couple for the night before (April 14 th). If you were to help on Friday, April 14 th it would be from 6-8 pm helping with early sign ups, handing out t-shirts, etc.
Saturday the 15 th is when we need the most volunteers. We need volunteers throughout the day starting at 8 am and going until 6 pm. You would be helping with set up, check in, the bounce castle, handing out waters and medals, holding signs/cheering, etc. If you are even able to do a couple of hours here and there, please let me know, as we are in need of quite a few volunteers for this event. Thank you so much! If you have questions or concerns, feel free to email or call me.
Geek'd Out Events is a great organization that hosts events like this! We are also needing people to make VideoGame Motiviational signs and any volunteers that would be willing to dress up in Pokemon costumes and let people throw dodgeball Pokeballs at them.
