Retired and Senior Volunteer Program participants are required to be 55 or older.
Pilot Project: Responsible for the intake, verfication and delivery of emergency messages between services members and their families, and other services as needed. The Specialist provides emergency communications and casework services, including access to finanancial assistance to members of the U. S. military and their families and to other eligible Red Cross Clients.
