PLACEMENT PURPOSE
The Department Recognition and Appreciation assists in overseeing the development and implementation of both formal and informal department recognition efforts and promotes formal department recognition programs. Departments include: Fund Development/Fundraising; Communications/Public Relations; Disaster Cycle Services; Service to the Armed Forces; International Services; Bio-medical Services; Operations; and Volunteer Services
OPEN TIME DAYS
- Approximately 2 hours per month, working remotely and onsite.
- Greater commitment of time during the annual recognition time period.
- Orientation to the American Red Cross
- On the job training, as needed
