The Young Professional Board of Global Humanitaria USA is currently seeking a volunteer for our 2nd Annual Children's Benefit taking place on April 6. This annual event helps raise funds and awareness for our new child sponsorship program, school supplies, and school repairs in Peten, Guatamala. We are looking for a talented photographer to capture the event!
Responsibilities:
- Take photographs throughout the evening
Requirements:
- Share pictures with Global Humanitaria
Credits will be provided in event programming, media, etc.

Description
Our programs reach some of the most vulnerable and marginalized communities in Bolivia, Colombia, Guatemala, Peru, Ivory Coast, Cambodia, and India. We operate in a need-based manner mainly focusing on education, health, food security and nutrition, women’s rights, and child protection services. Global Humanitaria hires only local staff to promote professional opportunities in the regions we operate. We ensure all programs are entirely community-led and truly respond to the self-identified needs of the populations we serve.
Global Humanitaria USA programs include cross-cultural sensitivity training for professionals in New York City working with unaccompanied minors from countries where we run programs internationally and have focused expertise.
