Volunteers will represent Beautiful Zion Food Panty by greeting clients and the community. They will also assist with sorting, food preparation, packing and restocking for food distribution.
Commitment hours:
Flexibility to make your own schedule.
Hours of Food Pantry Service: 1 st and 3 rd Thursdays: 8:30am - 4:30pm; 2 nd and 4 th Thursdays: 11:30am - 4:30pm.
Volunteers also have the option to assist every first Friday of the month to help with Fresh Produce. (Friday Hours: 8:00am - 12:00 p.m. - can be flexible)

Description
RSVP members may choose from a list of agencies in Chicago that have a signed agreement with the RSVP office. Volunteer assignments are made according to volunteers’ skills and interests and the needs of the stations.
Each volunteer position has different time requirements. RSVP strives to help you find opportunities that match your interest and scheduling needs. You will then work with your station supervisor to finalize your schedule. This will include time for orientation and training.
