ORGANIZATION: Bristol Hospice - California, LLC

Modesto Junior College Associate Degree Nursing Program will provide additional points for applicants completing 200 hours of volunteer work.

Bristol Hospice has the opportunity for you to meet those hours on a flexible schedule. We offer extensive training and on-going support in your providing companionship visits. We have patients in facilities and in homes that could benefit from having a volunteer provide respite or just company. We serve all of the Modesto and surrounding areas.

"Bristol Hospice- California, LLC is currently seeking individuals desiring to assist with volunteer services. Hospice volunteer provides caring, support, non-medical services to individuals and families coping with dying and grief. They promote education and dialogue within the community about end-of-life issues."

Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated by the patients, their families and the Bristol Hospice Team that you will become part of.

Volunteers are an integral part of Hospice Care.
