JOB SUMMARY:
Instruct classes, offer suggestions to keep curriculum up to date, meet with clients as needed to assist in their job search.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide assistance to clients in using online employment applications.
Maintain curriculum materials aligned with client needs.
Continuously refine curriculum for employability skills training.
Attend workforce events or meetings to update knowledge.
Utilize assessment and evaluation techniques to determine individual employment needs, barriers, and interests.
Other duties to support the organization as assigned.

Description
Care er Transition Center (CTC) offers services to assist jobseekers and those making a career change through job clubs to help manage the job search process and provide peer support, help with resume development and writing, online application assistance and career coaching. Jobseekers set their own priorities and select the CTC services that meet their own needs.
