Tasks:
- Assist in Food Pantry with moving, storing, and organizing product, as directed.
- Assist in loading/unloading of trucks, customer’s vehicles and/or donor’s vehicles as needed.
- Assist with janitorial duties to ensure cleanliness in all areas of the Social Services Department.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality for our program participants.

Description
The Salvation Army of Champaign County is dedicated to assisting Champaign County residents by offering social service programs. The Salvation Army Red Shield Center is comprised of The Family Thrift Store and Social Services Department. The Salvation Army Family Thrift Store provides access to affordale clothing and furnitiure items. The Family Thrift Store accepts donations weekly Monday - Saturday. The Social Services Department provides Champaign residents with access to the food panty, utility assistance, supportive services for veteran families, and much more.
