Want to help fight food waste? WNWNnow is seeking a weekly Saturday morning volunteer who can pick up excess produce from Bristol Farms in West Hollywood and drop it off at Good Shepherd Church to be used to provide meals at their women's shelter.
You'll pick up at Bristol Farms every Saturday morning anytime between 9-11 am and then drop off the food at the shelter.
Requirements: Reliable vehicle to transport food and the ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.

Description
FoodCycle is seeking passionate and dedicated volunteers to help further our mission in fighting hunger and ending food waste. We need volunteers on an ongoing basis to recover food from various restaurants, grocery stores, and food markets around Los Angeles. In addition to Food Recovery Drivers, we are looking for assistance building up our social media presence across all platforms.
