Description: The Salvation Army Echelon group of young professionals is hosting an aid station during the 2018 Fifth Third River Bank Run! This is a great opportunity for young adults and college students to get involved and spend a morning helping out a great cause. Aid station volunteers setup tables, fill cups, distribute water, Gatorade, and ice to participants, and provide encouragement! Volunteers are also responsible to tear down the tables, gather supplies and clean up the area when finished. Volunteers will get free lunch and a t-shirt!
About Echelon: Echelon (formerly The Action Group) seeks to mobilize the next generation for The Salvation Army by providing opportunities for young adults to engage with the organization through fellowship and networking, donations and fundraising, and service and volunteering.
