Volunteer mentors are paired with a local child in a one-to-one rewarding mentoring relationship. Mentors visit their mentee ideally once a week for a few hours doing ordinary activities that build an extraordinary relationship. Mentors must be age 16 or older and submit to background checks, complete an application, provide references and participate in an interview and orientation session before selecting a mentee.
