ORGANIZATION: BSTEM Project Foundation

We're having a Women's History Month event. The month of March we ran a short content competition called Hall of Fame Films. Our goal is to empower female content creators and to champion stories about women leading in tech and innovation. The competition culminates at an event where the final short projects are screened. There is also a panel discussion about women leading in tech, media and entertainment. The evening starts off with a reception at 6:30 pm and ends between 8:30 - 9 pm.

Need assistance with check-in and general set-up (food, signage, presentations, etc.). There will also be students from New York Film Academy capturing the event and conducting short interviews. Want to make sure everything is flowing well. This includes other organizational help as well. There is no heavy-lifting.
